It is really Activism in Cosmetics by putting the REAL INFO UP FOR EVERYONE TO SEE AND DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES WHAT TO USE. SO YOU CAN BE AN ACTIVIST TOO just like me, by simply submitting to Skin Deep the name of the product.

Additionally,
YOU CAN also   SUBMIT THE NAME OF ANY HAIRCOLOR BRAND, COSMETICS, SUNSCREENS TO:

Laundry Soap:
Costco   beleive it or not, also has a organic brand called FIT   which I really llike.

My home favorates are:  Borax    or  else a mix of baking soda and vinegar are great cleansers for sink and tile, let sit a bit then scrub.  So shinny a sink as ever you have seen.

Gluten Free Foods sources, Catalogs are free, best pricing.  NOTE:  OF COURSE THERE IS IN NEED TO LOOK FOR GLUTEN FREE COSMETICS, UNLESS YOU ARE GLUTEN INTOLERANT and SINCE YOU ARE ONLY PUTTING IT ON YOUR HAIR AND NOT SCALP ON THE SURFACE, THERE IS NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IT. ITS IS JUST ANOTHER GIMMIK.

Fyi:  If you are not suffering from celiacs disease you do not need to stop eating gluten  or use gluten free products.   This is another scare tactic, marketing "Trend".

Haircolor Study Notes:

What is the MOST DANGEROUS INGREDIENT IN NAIL POLISH? It used to be formaldehyde.  DO YOU KNOW?
it is called:   TOULENE
PEOPLE HAVE ASKED ME THIS QUESTION:
NOW   WHAT DOES THIS CHEMICAL INGREDIENT HAVE IN COMMON WITH PTD?
(PTD is the chemical substitute  used in place of PPD),  PTD CONTAINS TOULENE.
PTD is TOXIC.  PTD IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU -   NOT BETTER FOR YOUR HEALTH THAN PPD.  IT IS A SUPER CHEMICAL SOLVENT.

I HAVE BEEN USING IT, STUDYING IT AND TESTING DIFFERENT TYPES OF HAIRCOLOR AND PTD's for WELL OVER 16 YEARS.

That is one reason why you don't need to use PPD Free haircolor unless you are SPECIFICALLY ALLERGIC TO PPD.  OK.  More on that later.  In addition,

****PTD does not work as well as PPD Containing dyes because it is not as strong, therefore, the PPD Free HAIRCOLOR Simply does NOT LAST AS LONG as regular PPD containing haircolor as it   washes out faster....

I have heard this opinion from several people and PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS TRAININED IN ITALY...THEY HAVE SAID  they don't use PPD Free, because PPD Free does not last as long and is not as versatile or as good in many respects.

My opinion from what I have observed:
You WOULD BE BETTER OFF GETTING A PPD HAIRCOLOR that is ammonia free,THAT IS SEMI PERMANENT, IT WILL BE THE SAME result as PPD Free, also it may even, cover grey hair better and last longer, color faster, be gentler than PPD Free haircolor.

I know alot of people who beleive the above, they use AMMONIA FREE,  but PPD CONTAINING haircoloring dye, WITHOUT all the EXTRA COST of PPD Free, BECAUSE:  they are not allergic to PPD...If you are not,(which by the way,  MOST OF THE POPULATION IS NOT ( not ALLERGIC TO PPD) then try an ammonia free haircolor with the highest measure of Organic, Pure ingredients.

 NOTE:
SEE PPD FREE HAIRCOLOR PRODUCTS DEEMED TO HAVE CREATED HEALTH CONCERNS AND ORGAN ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH THEM.  THE TESTING HAS ALREADY STARTED. SO DON'T THINK IT IS THE SAFEST TYPE OF HAIRCOLOR AROUND. -just keep in in mind.  YOU CAN LOOK THIS UP ONLINE..FOR PAST RESULTS FOUND.
THERE ARE LOTS OF STUDIES ALREADY DONE AND NEW
TESTING AND STUDIES, BEING UNDERTAKEN.

Here is a PPD containing product that a lady I know, who moved  away, to the East Coast, found and uses. She is  allergic to PPD,  she thought it had no PPD and has been using it every 3 - 4 weeks with no problem for over 3 years  She brought it to show me as she comes to see me each time she comes to California.  It unfortunately had PPD in it, I told her.  She would never have known, even tho she is truly allergic to PPD and other chemicals.

It is ammonia free and is demi permanent, but she said it lasts a month on her gray hair.
PRICE $6.59 FOR 3 FLUID OUNCES. DEVELOPERS $2.94    I know many people who use THIS BRAND IN THE DARK COLORS, Level 1 up to level 5 and ACTUALLY HAVE ALLERGIES TO PPD,  they use the semi perm kind.  BUT ALWAYS, anywhere, anytime,

***Remember: ALWAYS DO A PATCH TEST FIRST  before use it on your head (sensitive scalp),  FOR ANY HAIRCOLORING DYE.
Here is some info on it:

--

FOR SURE if you use A REGULAR   PPD CONTAINING Haircolor, it WILL DEFINATELY LAST LONGER and COVER BETTER  EVEN IF IT IS AMMONIA FREE - PPD containing haircolor (PPD CONTAINING aka: regular haircolor), semi permanent or permanent haircolor..
both will last longer.

I make my own haircolor and have been doing so for a very long time.

--

BUT:    IN CASE YOU happen to HAVE AN ALLERGY TO PPD,
Did you know  CERTAIN HAIRCOLORS  SEMI PERMANENT COLORS, AND SOME DEMI PERM DO NOT CONTAIN PPD

IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES to PPD: THERE ARE OVER 18 Brands available that are PPD FREE, many on the internet  on Amazon or Ebay EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL LINES.  Many are sold to non professionals, also many non professional brands too.  Be aware PPD, ammonia Free brands do not last as long as the PPD  and ammonia containing brands (espeially on white or gray hair) and have health concerns and issues of their own, some say deeming them much more dangerous than PPD.

GOT AN ALLERGY TO PPD? Don't want ammonia. Well, One of the newer brands you can also get on AMAZON  is called:
